For our new customers we request a 50% prepayment to start a translation project

For our repeated customers we request a payment upon completion of the project or based on a monthly invoice (whichever is shorter)

We accept:

  • Visa and MasterCard payment through Beanstream, our Canadian-based credit card processor.
  • You could also make payment by PayPal, which offers options to pay by PayPal balance, debit card and American Express
  • money order
  • Western Union
  • payments by check
  • wire transfers

if you are a citizen of Canada and translation is provided within Canada, your project will be subject to HST tax, the rate depends on your province.

If you are a citizen of the country other than Canada, your project will be subject to 0% International Sales tax.
